Oktoberfest 1905

Event Serie

Synopsis

Munich, 1905: Curt Prank (Misel Maticevic) has achieved his ambitious goals – the construction of a massive beer palace at the Oktoberfest in 1900 and the merger with Deibel Bräu, owned by the Hoflinger family. His daughter Clara (Mercedes Müller) and Roman Hoflinger (Klaus Steinbacher) have since become established members of Munich’s powerful brewing elite.

Meanwhile, Clara’s friend Colina Kandl (Brigitte Hobmeier) is serving a prison sentence for a murder committed jointly. Despite the hardships, Colina reinvents herself after her release and begins a new, self-determined life as a singer at the tavern Deutsche Eiche. There, she meets the innkeeper Nappi (Lisa Maria Potthoff) – and finds love.

While Maria Hoflinger (Martina Gedeck) remains locked away in a psychiatric institution, the ruthless rivalry between her son Roman and his father-in-law Prank intensifies. The escalating hatred threatens not only their Oktoberfest empire but also the marriage and love between Roman and Clara – as they face the cunning and enigmatic competitor Adam Mertz (Rainer Bock).
